Western Global supports water for Africa
Through Water for Africa, Western Global has donated 12 water bowsers to provide African communities a source of drinking water. These bowsers provide sustainable water sources for those in the remote communities of Africa.

European sales manager Matthew Botterill, who was the reason behind the donation, said: “Western originated in Bristol over 50 years ago. In the last three years we have become an international company, with locations in the United States, Canada, South Africa, Australia and Europe.
Due to our tremendous growth, we are now able to do our part for developing countries by donating our bowsers. Charitable commitments will be continuing in the foreseeable future. Our success mirrors that industries alike are now picking up from the recession which is excellent news.”
The water bowsers were sent to the charity’s headquarters in Staffordshire, UK for distribution on the 10th of July.
Western Global is thankful to have been given the opportunity to partner with Water for Africa. They believe that it’s important to not only build clean water sources for communities, but to provide them with continuous support and training to ensure these boreholes remain viable for many years. With the help of charitable donations, Water for Africa has been able to complete over 100 boreholes for communities in Africa to date.
